Why I started this

Here's the thing nobody tells small business owners about AI: learning it is free now. The Chamber runs webinars. YouTube has a thousand tutorials. What's missing is someone who sits at your desk, with your inbox and your actual Tuesday, and sets it up with you. That's the job I wanted.

I've spent my career between tech and business. It's a bit like hiring a contractor who has also lived in the house. I know where the pipes go, and I know which door everybody actually uses. The tech people can wire it up but can't tell you if it's worth it. The business people know what's broken but not how to fix it. I do both.

Most AI help around here is sold by firms downtown or out of state, priced for big companies, and almost none of them post what they charge. Search "AI consultant Park Ridge" and most of what comes up is template pages from companies that have never been here. So I went the other way: one person, flat prices on the website, and I show up.

I grew up in Norridge, then spent ten years in Los Angeles. When it came time to raise my two young sons, there wasn't much of a debate: it was going to be the Northwest Side. We moved back in 2016, settled in Park Ridge, and I've been here ever since. The businesses I work with aren't clients from a spreadsheet. They're my neighbors.

Why "Ozanam"?

Ozanam Avenue is the street I grew up on. It's where my values come from, and where I fell in love with this city and everything it has to offer. Naming the business after it is my way of saying I'm from here, and I'm not going anywhere.
